I’m an ESL curriculum and materials specialist with over ten years’ experience working across adult education, exam preparation, and structured skills practice. My work focuses on analysing syllabuses, building coherent learning pathways, and writing, editing, and reviewing materials that need to function reliably within clear specifications and across larger content sets.
For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in ESL, working with schools and online platforms across Europe. I’ve taught in classrooms and digital spaces, developed engaging learning materials, and contributed to aims-oriented curriculum design. My experience spans everything from exam preparation courses to resources tailored to individual student needs.
My work in ESL content development has lent me a broad skill set. I design courses, write and edit learning materials, and develop structured syllabuses. I also enjoy working with structured data — analysing large sets of materials, mapping curriculum points, and improving processes to make project management simpler and more efficient.
What’s most important to me in the work I do – whether it’s in a classroom, word doc, or spreadsheet – is how well it achieves the initial goals. A resourceful problem-solver, I approach projects methodically with an open mind and adaptability, always willing to listen, learn, and refine. Working independently or as part of a team, I value constructive feedback and clear communication.
Beyond my work, I have a deep love for language and culture and am currently learning Ukrainian and Japanese. I love swimming, hiking, jogging, and cinema. Cooking is another passion, whether it’s exploring new recipes or perfecting old favorites. I also love discovering new places, whether through travel or simply by taking a different route on a familiar walk.
